Katerina's father is an architect, and he often took his daughter to his project sites. The studio is not only the place where projects are designed. It is the structure of thought, rigor and precision that makes a specific architecture possible. The studio is based in Valencia and Madrid, and develops projects in Ibiza, Alicante and the Costa Blanca —Jávea, Denia, Calpe, Altea or Moraira—, as well as commissions in other parts of Spain. Residential architecture, corporate architecture, interior design and project direction and development, within a single integral logic: from the idea to the built work. Five phases: listen, read the context, design, refine and build. An ordered process that accompanies each project from the first conversation to the finished work.

The villa's architecture is designed around natural light, privacy, and panoramic golf course views. Interior patios and a sophisticated glazing system allow daylight to flood all three levels of the house, including the basement. The spaces are organized so that each level has its own distinct atmosphere while remaining part of a unified architectural concept.
Architecture.
The interior features a modern, minimalist aesthetic, using natural materials, a calm color palette, and meticulously crafted details. The lower levels are united by microcement and decorative wood panels, creating a unified space, while the private upper floor area is finished with natural parquet, adding warmth and comfort. All furniture and built-in solutions are based on contemporary collections from leading Italian manufacturers.
Interior.
Exclusively premium materials are used in the finishing, designed to ensure durability and maintain their aesthetic appeal for many years to come. The facades are made of natural travertine, while the interiors are complemented by microcement, natural wood, large-format stone, and panoramic glazing with minimally visible aluminum profiles.
